Well, I learned this past couple days that you CAN have your cell phone hacked like a computer. Someone ran up about $500 worth of international calls that came FROM our phones! I had no idea you could do that.
The good news is that it looks like things are getting cleared up pretty easily. Our carrier has been great, minimal issues getting it taken care of. Just a pain in the neck...
