Oh, this is encouraging...

Are we really surprised? The government doesn't seem to do ANYTHING right or well.

And the response by The Dept. of Homeland Security was "Oh, it was to hard a test" and "You didn't take into account our progress".

First of all... IT IS EXACTLY WHAT THE TERRORIST WILL DO! GAH! TO HARD A TEST?!

Second... WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR PROGRESS?! STOP THE BOMBS FROM GETTING ON THE PLANES!
