Well... at 9pm EST the President will announce his nominee for the Supreme Court. Justice Clement of the New Orleans court is being mentioned as the possible candidate, and so it Edith Jones (same court) who I have heard of and think would be great. They are also throwing around a Minnesota Justices name.
Personally all I care is that the person chosen is a strict constructionist, and that her (it seems like it will be a her) record is clear.
